I've just released the latest version of PageFour, and it contains significant improvements over the first release.
The new multiple notebook feature makes outlining and managing your novel very easy. The premise behind the design is that every writer works in a different way, so there are no restrictions on the way you write or structure your notes.
It also contains full support for paragraphing and line spacing, as well as an easy drag and drop facility in the notebooks.
When I released the first version, I received a lot of support from members of this site, and many of the suggestions made have been incorporated into this version.
