It seems quite a lot like Lulu.

Sorry, guys this is another site I would recommend avoiding. Authors have to pay a monthly charge to post their work. An author would have to sell a lot of copies each and every month just to cover this charge. It seems mostly like a money-making scheme for the site owners.

and there's no way any legit publishers would be interested in what's there!... they don't troll the net for work, since writers worth publishing will query them, not wait to be 'discovered'...
this is a silly scheme that's doomed to failure, after collecting some money from those not smart enough to see how silly it is...

I also reccomend to avoid this site, as Julianne stated, the difference between the Author's subscrition and what a reader has to pay is very large (And the price to read one of the books ain't a bargain either).
Further, Maia's right: publishers don't search for good authors, good authors approach the publishers.
AND the cantgetpublished site will get 10% of what you make selling your work that's posted there.
AND iIf you read 'terms & conditions', you'll notice that if you want your work posted, you'll have to pay subscription AND that you oblige yourself to read other 'young' authors' work.
(Note what follows is my interpretation of the conditions: you'll probably have to pay for these reading, since elsewhere is stated you have to pay £5 per book you download to read).
My advice: go for lulu.com or better yet, go look for a real publisher the old fashioned way (note: you still need to be carefull though: the world's ful of scammers. Always check and double check before you agree to any deal).
