I am planning a site structure that will include reviews of websites, some of which will be writer-related, and wanted to start a topic for people to offer resources that have helped them in their writing. This would not only help me but would also be of a great help to people who visit this forum.
Two of mine are:
1)
www.vikinganswerlady.com - Contains information on vikings, and apparently you can get answers to viking questions, but I haven't tried this yet.
2)
http://curriculum.calstatela.edu/courses/builders/ - this is an absolutely fantastic resource for world building purposes. It contains page upon page of information relating to world building as well as a generous amount of external links to more specific information.
I look forward to the sites that people use.
