Reverse Dictionary

Onelook's reverse dictionary has proved invaluable for me over the years. It's still in beta, so it ain't always perfect, but it's another tool for the artisan writer.

Thanks Ilan. That site looks sweet, I gave it a go and it looks like it will help boil ideas down when you're stuck.

This is EXACTILY what I've needed. Awesome tool. :)
It reminds me of a book my mother bought that somewhat serves the same purpose: Descriptionary: A Thematic Dictionary
I think it is a pretty nifty book.
Ever wonder what those gaps on the top of castle walls are called? Oh! They're called 'crenels'. However, therein lies the problem. Who is going to know what a 'crenel' is?
