I thought I'd send out a quick note to find out if this would pique anyone's interest. I'm involved in some role-playing stuff, sort of in a Dungeons and Dragons vein.
I'm starting up a play-by-post game that is in a high-fantasy setting. The thing is, it's going to be largely free-form and focused on good writing. So, there aren't any statistics or die-rolling. Basically, I'll be providing the setting and the storyline, and there will be several other players who will provide the characters. Then, each character posts, from their own perspective, their actions and experiences. We'll see where the story takes us.
Anyway, I thought I would post here, because my style is much more focused on good creative writing and character development than it is on "gaming."
