Indawa, the Independent Authors and Writers Association, is currently accepting queries from authors who wish to self-publish their book or who have already self-published. Indawa offers professional editing services, networking, marketing assistance, promotion in our catalog and online bookstore, centralized ordering for nationwide distributors to order our authors’ titles, discounts for services, personal assistance, and a wealth of resources.
Indawa has a high standard for quality, but does not discriminate against genre. All authors whose manuscripts are accepted by Indawa will be marketed to nationwide distributors such as Ingrams. Large but effectual distributors do not typically carry or promote one-title authors/publishers. These distributors deal with Indawa and consider all of our titles.
Our philosophy is simple. Traditional publishers rely on their names and the quality of titles they publish. While Indawa isn’t a publisher, we seek to be a force greater than the traditional publisher by joining talented self-published writers together.
