We pay 10 cents a word for our work, but from unsolicited writers we charge a fee to review. Sorry.

charging a reading fee for submissions is not acceptable to any but amateurs/beginners who don't know any better... saying it's only imposed on 'unsolicited writers' [which makes no sense!], doesn't make it ok...

fyi, it's the work that is solicited or un- and not the writer... and how, pray tell, can the 'unsolicited writer' become a 'solicited' one???

since this is the 3rd or 4th post [out of 6?] by you in re your new site, i think you're on the verge [or over it] of being a spammer... i'd keep an eye out for the admin, if i were you... better yet, read the rules 'n regs before posting in any more threads...
