Hmmm. I think the post below tarred the image of PC-Gaming
I advise that you check the website for a basic outline (flash):

I am creating this site in an effort to end the growing gap between pc-gaming and its commercialism. It seems to me more and more PC-Gaming sites are taking on the role of corporation/business, and deemphasizing their focus on the true aspects of gaming, which is entertainment. This can be seen with the recent outburst of "premium" and "membership" only gaming sites, and can I confidently speak for everyone when I say this is becoming extremely inconvenient/irritating. A few years back, if you wanted to download a demo or trailer, you could do it with ease; however, now you must: register, activate, logon, and wait in a queue to get a file for a game that is more advertised than entertaining.
gameNET hopes to dissolve this issue by integrating the public into the rapidly growing industry. Notice I said public, not members. The greatest feature of out site will be the ability to access all areas without any form of logging on or registering. Furthermore, the public will be able to critique on a game, submit mods (which we will host), take part in interviews, and become involved in the gaming world. gameNET will take a totally different approach on PC-Gaming websites, with its focus on gaming, rather than business.

Now that you are familiar with our goal and mission, let me explain the purpose of this post. As a major PC-Gaming website, we will preview, review, rate, and critique all games and concepts worthy. In order to provide to the public a high quality site, we will need writers who are able to capture both the mind of the public and the true value of the games.
We are not looking for degrees or job history, but quality and confidence. So, if you would like to share your skill in an entertaining and satisfying way, please contact me at
eb_sameer@yahoo.com or just reply to this post. Keep in mind, if you are not interested, don't bother. In my opinion, the best gaming critics are those that have a passion for the field.
This is a volunteer project, by gamers, for gamers. You will not be forced to meet deadlines or submit X number of documents. Thank you for your time, and we look forward to hearing from you!
