northerain~
Given that the Write Off is weekly, whoever had the highest average rating is the winner. Which at the time of this posting is you, by a narrow margin.
Congrats and god luck on this week's competition.
With all that said, I'm putting my name in the hat for the very next open slot.

I've posted the two new stories for this week. They always go live on Monday once both stories have been submitted!
Next week we have a heavy weight battle of Bart Vs. Spud. This should be good folks!

hey!cant i be on the next write off?
And now for the comments on my story....
first of all, in case titus reads this, i just wanted to give him so advice:you should be absolutely sure when judging someone.you dont know me.maybe im young(not too young mind you) but ive written my share of stories.if you are not able to understand something, dont judge it.the story is not about someone going around killing people as you sugested. If you new a little something about the mythology of a country other than your own, you d know that when a person dies, a creature is bound to lead its soul to ades.Besides, even if you have no knowledge what so ever(i wouldn't know) you've heard of the grim reaper havent you?i dont want to have to explain every concept of my story so little children can understand it.i mean....just THINK!anyway, about the misspelling, and grammar, you have to take in account that i wrote the story in half and hour because something came up.and english is not my mother language.
anyway, thanks for the comments everyone.see you around

I wouldn't put too much effort into the mudslinging of one person. He obviously has an axe to grind with certain people on the board, based on the people he singles out with his diatribes. Like Jessica says on her comments to your story, when someone starts off a comment the way he does the best thing to do is ignore it.

I'm pretty sure it's "His" story as justmitina is Mike.
As for winning, keep in mind the goal is to grow your skills by working in a controlled situation. You have rules to follow and your finishing someone else's work! By doing it, you improve your skills and we get to see some of your stuff! Everyone wins.
Was that PC enough? .. lol.

Just a thought on the Write Off, Chris... I don't know the rules as well as I might, so it might be worth posting them here.
I'm also getting a bit nervous about the time I'll have to do the writing. If it's a sunday night event for you, that means in my time-zone it's a early-hours monday morning event for me. Yikes!
But regardless, I'm still in. And looking forward to it.

Spud, I send out the story starter late Saturday night. I can send it out early if need be, that's no problem!

A little early would be nice, but don't let it spoil the contest. Also, when do I need to post the finished story?
