A comedic poetry anthology recently launched

"Rhyme and PUNishment, Comedic Verse" through Local Gems Poetry Press publishing 89 poets.

Between print projects they have a few things online that poets can do to get involved with their funny poetry movement.
One of them is the contest "Funny Short Short of the Day"


An interesting challenge, to come up with a really short yet funny poem.
Listing an email to send in the funny short shorts to 140 characters or less. And using technology to match with literary art, they publish the funniest of their submissions on twitter--once a day (plus they list the poems on their blog every sunday night.)
