As many are probably aware, most of the writing sites discourage members from promoting their published.self published works. WF probably allows more scope than most but we still place limitations on how far people can go.

A new forum has been set up for writers to network and actively promote their creations without if being considered spam. Those who are interested should take a look at the Beatrice Benn Books - Forum.

The Beatrice Benn forum is set up to provide in an area that's very restricted on most writing sites, that of promotion. However, that leaves the site open to spam and, with that in mind, it's requiring admin approval of any applications for membership. Approval is most likely where people are already known or where they complete some details about themselves on the profile submission.
