Tweet Me A Story is the latest competition from NYC Midnight to challenge and inspire creative minds. Writers are challenged to create stories in just 140 characters (with spaces) based on a word assignment. The final entry deadline is TODAY, May 26, 2009. Reminds me of the famous 6-word Ernest Hemingway "flash fiction" story...

"For sale: baby shoes. Never worn."

(As an aside, I don't think there is really any concrete verification that Hemingway actually did write this -- although it is widely attributed to him.)
