*Shrugs* I've always seen it, in cook books and restuarants and at family dinners. My only issue is that the sauce makes the breading kind of soggy and that bothers me if I'm having a bad texture day. (On those days I can't eat bread like items either)

Bungback - a highly irritating person.

Kukundu - an unintelligible series of noises, produced with the intention of scaring a bothersome interlocutor away. Bears a distinct glottal quality.

Never heard of it, and I consider myself a cultured, well-travelled man.

Where might one find this recondite dish; is it available in Manchester anywhere?

Hmm, but it's fried so it's usually almost crunchy anyway, the sauce doesn't make it soggy, per se. Just adds some moisture to the dish maybe it's not quite the same thing we're thinking of? I'll find a picture.

Manchester's probably too far south, philistine. Bet you've never heard that before. I don't quite consider Manchester as the 'north'. I have no idea how far north you will have to travel, but it's definitely a North-East thing. Maybe York? If not, my town of Darlington is probably closest. Oh, no, Richmond will probably have somewhere that does them. Hmm. To be honest, I don't do a lot of travel with being on a student's money... so I don't have the greatest idea.

It looks like this when it's covered in garlic sauce and usually comes with chips, as you can see full of bad things, but don't the great stuff always do?

Edit: Ooh, this is a Meat Feast version, so it has bits of I suppose ham and stuff added in.

That looks disgusting... though I want to ravage it with my face. And you're not wrong: all good things are usually terrible for you. It's a good thing I favour pleasure over health.

Ours are usually served as a chicken breast, breaded with sauce and cheese, often with noddles. Maybe they are similar but slightly seperate dishes? Or the same thing served differently in regions?

The north east of England takes the same approach to food as the Americans did to the Japanese in world war two. What you might think is an innocent looking pizza will lay you up for days.

    Haha!

But, you can't say we're bad in the north east when you consider the Scottish. They deep fry Mars bars, for heavens sake!

Parmos are excellent though tasty tasty stuff.

And Nox, it sounds like a different dish to be honest, similar... but different

Pnuemonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis (black lung disease). Learned it in 5th grade, oddly enough.

I always employ the words confuzzled or nocfuzzled because it's a great way to tell people that you are confused by also confusing them so you aren't the only one! hehe. The longest real word that I know, that I learned in 6th grade, is Antidisestablishmentarianism. The separation of church and state.

Two words I have recently had to look up:
catamite - a young, male sex slave. I have Cormac McCarthy's The Road to thank for that one.
anamorphosis - an image that's been intentionally distorted, with more specific meanings in realms of math, painting, cinema, and physics. Shows up in Virilio's Esthetics of Disappearance.

Probably lovecraftian words. Cyclopean- very large in size or fantastical with a ph instead of an f. this one annoyed my creative writing teacher.
