    A local deejay called for an impromptu tribute to the late Don Cornelius. So last night, a crowd (of various races, ages, and genders) gathered in the rain in downtown Durham and participated in a massive Soul Train line as the deejay spun 1970s R&B classics. So fun! And so typically Durham.

    LOL! Durham is known to be quite progressive/tolerant (which is why I said various genders), but cyborgs? I don't think we have those yet, but when they start making their appearance, they'll be welcome here, too.
