The Three Stooges Official Trailer #1 - Farrelly Brothers Movie (2012)

They have taken a good thing and updated it. The Three Stooges have always been funny, and I think that they just transposed 3 great icons into the 21st century. Back when the original Stooges came along, they didn't have alot of what we have today. I hope that the Farrelly Brothers don't go to far with it.

I'm impressed by the trailer. They better stick true to the original stooges though.

By the looks of it, they will keep the spirit of the Stooges alive through the gags and such.

I wonder if this means Hollywood has officially run out of ideas.

Someone told me a while back that they were making a movie based on the true story of the Stooges -- after seeing a documentary about them, that sounded pretty interesting. The thing about the Stooges is, you can take them in small doses -- that's why the short films worked. I went to a Three Stooges Film festival in college and after a couple, it just got to be too much. I don't know about a whole movie of fake Stooges, doing the same gags.

Otherwise, that guy really does sound like Moe.

I disapprove. It'll be just like the Chipmunks and Smurf movies, that is, to put it lightly, bad. I love the original shows, and saddens me deeply to see this happen. Maybe it's just the grump in me speaking, but that doesn't stop me from feeling that this is just wrong.
