Thread: How do I change my profile picture?

I am new here obviosly and I just can't seem to figure it out. Maybe I am missing something? Not seeing something right in front of my face? Idk, I am just lost as to how to do it, and then there's the issue of not being able to post in most threads too. Is there a number of comments I need to make first or something?
