    How do You Unwind?

I usually keep chill with a glass of wine and have a go at chatting to someone unrelated to writing.
    It revitalise me.
I also go for humour. Laughter is young at heart.

I'm told that i'm very laid back (horizontal is a word often used !!) i seldom get wound up.

My wife gets angry at me sometimes because i don't get wound up ! hahahaha

But i have lots of ways to chill reading, fishing, gardening, playing the piano, guitar, listening to music, oh and coming here to post and oh yes learning to write a book maybe?

And if i get really lucky reading a book in the sun and nice meal later.

Usually listening to music, reading, and watching Star Wars and Avatar: The Last Airbender. Sometimes playing a video game like Spyro or Pokemon, something that won't get me on the edge of my seat because of scare mechanics (Dead Space, Doom 3) or a brutal difficulty (StarCraft, Darksiders), work too.

Unwind from what? The only times in my life I've been 'wound up' is when I've been shot at, and that was easy to cure. Move out of the line of fire and relax.

A ranch in #Colorado. on TwitpicAnd also how I get wound up. It's very convenient when the winding-up and winding-down are accomplished via the same pleasant, relatively inexpensive means. (Crazy Neighbor Girl posting in 5.... 4.... 3.... 2.... 1....)

Hum, music and singing does the trick for me, if not I just take a walk around the hill where I live or play with my cat.

Ha, I'm told that I'm so laid back I'm almost comatose.

I unwind by screaming at Arsenal on the telly. Yes I've had a lot to scream about this season, and...!
That makes me drink more Boracay Tanduay Rhum, after which I then throw things in telly's general direction whilst berating poor decisions of players, manager, press and anything / anyone else I care to blame.

    Perfect relaxation.

I sit in the darkness of my backyard, accompanied only by my dogs, and stare into my time machine where I can watch stars being born and dying, and be entertained by viewing entire galaxies as they looked when dinosaurs still had a future.

Yes. I'm an amateur astronomer. I have three telescopes. It's a wonderful way to relax and stimulate the mind and imagination at the same time.
