I'd probably finish staining the garden fence, because winter's coming.![]()
The sand of the desert is sodden red, -
Red with the wreck of a square that broke; -
The Gatling's jammed and the colonel dead,
And the regiment blind with dust and smoke.
The river of death has brimmed his banks,
And England's far, and Honour a name,
But the voice of schoolboy rallies the ranks,
"Play up! play up! and play the game!"

dozens of faces screaming in agony and the horror of regret in hell.

How about a Warhol-style, pop art version of Munch's The Scream? That would be a sight to behold.dozens of faces screaming in agony and the horror of regret in hell.

maybe, but it only softens the impact which was intended... also, how big of a canvas am i working with here?

Oh no, not on canvas. I was thinking it was a way of bringing fun to the staining of my garden fence.![]()

Go through the illustrations in the WF Newsletter and take your pick. Anything signed GZ is mine. Some are drawings, a few are paintings, and some are photographs.
The random thoughts that pop in my head about a hundred times a day that make me question my own sanity. After finishing it I would take a step back and admire it for awhile, then set it on fire because I wouldn't want anyone else to see it.
Probably something like this:
It's dramatic. It's silly. And it showcases the majority of the heroes from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Probably something mysterious with sinister undertones, like a "crying" widow at a funeral with a dark grin hidden beneath her veil, surrounded by the ignorant bereaved. I'd do it in an almost Sin City-like style . . . if I had the talent, I mean.

"When I am gone, it won't be long before I disturb you in the dark."
That sounds outstanding Bruno.
So when are you starting?![]()
If i could paint which i can't i would paint a very very old blackman with a guitar no teeth a fag sticking out of his mouth singing the blues. oh and perhaps a hat.
In a tree by the brook, there's a songbird that sings.
Sometimes all our thoughts are misgiven.
