    Invent a phobia

Just do it, now. You should know what a phobia is. if not, it's a fear.

Example: aracnaphobia, the fear of aracnids, or spiders.
Unless a writer lives with a periodic delusion of his greatness, he will not continue writing. He must believe, against all reason and evidence, that the public will experience a catastrophic loss if he does not complete his novel. The public is just clamoring to give him his fame. - Leonard Bishop
A professional writer is an amateur who didn't quit. - Richard Bach

Chronarchaphobia. Fear of Time Lords. (Chronos = time. Arch = 'first', and it's often used as 'lord'.)

Inventaphobia. Fear of new inventions, or of having to invent a phobia.
"You see, that’s it. Weapons are not the most powerful things in history, bullets can kill only men and animals, bombs can only destroy cities. But that’s all insignificant. The most powerful things in all of human history are words. Words and Ideas, words and ideas.” -James Matthew Capella XI.

I thought crabophobia was what made maiden aunts put toilet paper on the seat in a public toilet before sitting down.
