VERY HARD PUZZLE...
Heyo! THis is Exotica Rose!
I figured out this puzzle a while back, and I bet it will be a very long time before anyone can figure it out. But maybe I'll be suprised!
Okay, the challenge is to find out what the words say. It's a combination of logic, word association, and allusion and stuff. Ok here goes:
He ee Motion
He > The
ee > al
Motion = B4E
Allusion to: PAPER
Ok that's it!
Now do you'r best and get me some results!

Yeah, The puzzle is pretty hard. OK! since it's been a while, I'll say the answer.
The letters HE equals THE.
If you put together, EE and MOTION, the you have:
EMOTION.
Then, EE also equals AL, and Motion equals, before EE. Thefore you get:
MOTION AL>MOTIONAL.
Put it all together:
THE EMOTIONAL.
Next comes the allusion. THis is often the hardest part, but it means that the words are refferring to paper. Therefore:
THE EMOTIONAL PAPER.
AND Viola!
OK, yeah, well that's it. I hope it wasn't to crappy. But, that one took me a long time to figure out anyways.

You didn't use the equals sign, you use the greater than sign.
