3. aa, mm
4. oo, tt
5. ee, vv
6. ee, nn
7, ssss
No, that's way too complicated. It's so simple that once you know it, you wonder how you didn't see it. At least I did. I couldn't figure it out either.
Is it that all the letters other than the first one form a palindrome?
Let's see if my above post is deleted without explanation. Wouldn't be the first time.
SPOILER FOLLOWS: Don't read if you don't want the answer.
Oh you are a smart one! That is so close, it deserves to know the answer.
In all of the words listed, if you take the first letter, place it at
the end of the word, and then spell the word backwards, it will be the
same word

Oh, so close. I should have known it would have a more poetic answer.![]()

Discovered after I Googled palindrome, these words, as written, cannot be read in either direction.
I did notice there are lot's of duplicate letters (as others have already). If that is
called anything special in writing I have no idea.
Perhaps they are often spelt wrong because of all the duplicate letters; we may add/delete letters in error.
For instance, Bananananana can go on forever.

OOPS, I didn't see the answer before I posted this. Interesting arrangement.

Yeah, don't feel bad. I didn't figure it out either. It is interesting how our minds start looking for patterns in the words instead of the whole word.![]()
