I just noticed that someone posted a 3000 word story in the Workshop in one post. When I try to do this, I get an error message saying that I've exceeded the character limit.

I just had to split a 1900 word story into two posts. What's the deal? Does anyone know?

Hey Joseph.
I write with very, very short words.

Seriously though, that is strange. A few weeks ago it forced me to under 2000.

I guess it could be a connection error between the server. Or just a change of rules.
