A word processor for the easily-distracted.
I just stumbled across this today. It's a simple stripped-down word processor with no distracting features. Just like using a typewriter.
Best of all--it's full-screen!

Too lazy to look over the programs right now, but I was wondering if the background can be changed to white with black text.
Though I don't know, perhaps the dark background will be more relaxing.

They can. I changed mine to white-on-black (regressive text.)
