Arrow HAve any good character ideas...

...That you just haven’t been able to use? Well, I’m just about to start another story (bit shorter one this time) and the entire thing revolves only around characters. That’s right, no scenery, and no objects, not anything but people. And so I need some very interesting fellows to write about.

The general time set is late 1990's to early 2000's. They can be as screwball as you want, and whatever age ethnicity or religion. So, step on up and share your weirdest and wackiest ideas!

(This isn't just to steal other people’s ideas, I have most of the characters planned out right now, but I’m just trying to get some more variety in)
