There are really no hard rules on the numbers, and I know the above are just a guide, but where did you get them... they seem kind of off from what I have researched.

Epic seems right, but the number you have for Novel seems kind of low unless it is a young adult novel. I always found that flash fiction is really short.. like 500 - 1000 words... longer than that is really a short short.

But numbers do not matter.... write the novel. Even if you reach say 120,000 words after editing you may be down to 90,000 words... make sure the story is good and the agent will find the right market for it.
