Advice needed

Lately iv'e been trying to encorperate depth and meaning to the characters in my stories. I need some ideas on how to make my stories interesting with every paragraph. Also i want the reader to feel like they've accomplished something by reading it.

I need some ideas on new writing styles (mine is more psychological then anything).

So come people, pony up!

...Read a lot of books. There's no simple mathematical formula I can give you. You incorporate depth and meaning by incorporating depth and meaning.

If you want them to feel accomplished, then have a point/good ending to the story. Perhaps inspirational? Just practice writing. And post some of your writing for others to critique.

Pony up? lol

I'd try basing your characters on real people, whom you know very well. That way, you have psychological depth already there for you to write about.

Easy.

x * y=z

where x is the number of books you read, y is the quality of book, rated from 1-10, and z is the quality of your writing. Read more better (huh?) books to make your writing improve.
