You got several ideas? summarize all of them down in a notebook you keep for writing and then see which one you think is best for it's purpose.
What do you want to happen to the story you write about?
do you want it to get published and sold to as many people as possible?
do you want it to be what you like and not care how many people you sell it to?
do you want it to be for a small audience who cares about this certain thing very much?
hopefully you have an idea that can accomplish all your goals, pick that one

still can't pick? give up, smoke grass and write... hopefully it'll calm you down and single out one of the ideas only
