Wink I do understand, more than you'll ever know.

Hi,

We all have our Demons that we fight off every day. You can still write your story, just change her name. Yours as well? Then tell it like it is.
This is probably going to sound like the strangest advice you'll ever hear, and it may be.
Find a sloping hill that's kind of long, lay down in the grass, and roll.
The endorphins kick in usually about halfway down depending on the hill, and it will make you laugh. Really. That's why we used to do it when we were kids, you can't help laughing.
It's a great release of pent up frustrations. A natural cure for depression, so to speak. I'm waiting for warm weather. First hill I see, is mine!!!

Good luck with your Project, and have a great day!

'we' did it as kids, too!... a great thing to do at any age, for sure... good advice, pa...

as for catharsis, ty, the best way to rid yourself of such demons is to write your experiences as a 'story' or a novel... in third person, as if it all happened to someone else... that will allow you to step back from the experience and see it from a stranger's perspective, which will give you a much better handle on the dynamics of the situations and what brought them about... trust me, it's the equivalent of years on a shrink's couch, at $200/hr... and works a lot better/quicker!

love and healing hugs, maia
