Narrators

Is it possible to switch between narrators in a story or does it get readers confused? Let's say that that originally there is person A, the person being described and person B, the narrator who is telling the story. I want to bring in Person C, a person who would takes the role of Person B and continues on with the story.

It's possible to switch narrators, but it has to be done so there is no confusion. In "Widow of the South" each chapter was a different narrator, but at the beginning it stated who it was to avoid confusion. "Widow" even used different points of view. So yes, it's possible.
