Try to write your paper like your story, but on the subject that yout paper is on. I write my english papers like I do with my story, making an easily readible paper in about an hour. I bet it'd work for you.

Yeah, sometimes you need to do things that are not so pleasant. If I were you, I'd just sit down and make do with it, then afterwards you can concentrate on your stories again!

You could try making yourself do it, by promising yourself time to write some stories afterwards as a reward for completing the work...

Yes, you do need help.
Get off the internet and do your homework!
Does that help?

Thats pretty enlightening Talia_Brie, but when something like that happens to me I ussaully just lay down for, like a half hour (maybe eat something), and put my mind on my homework. I don't try to do, I just set myself up for it, get myself down to the neccesary amount boredom.

I understand your problem...take my advice just have fun with! I know sounds impossible, but I think of each and every essay/report as the perfect venue to show off my talent.
I use as much vocabulary as I can (considering that teachers love that, even if it doesn't work in stories), hoping each sentence will put the teacher in more of a state of awe. I have had my teachers giving me "A+" for half page reports that were assigned as two pages. It makes it go by much quicker.
I hope that helps, it always works for me.
