I do two things:

1) I play a word game on Yahoo or one of the other major flash game sites.

2) I read a chapter by one of my favorite writers. It gets me anxious and thinking about my own characters.

Dephere is an unknown quantity at this point
Classical music doesn't help with your writers block, really? Just yesterday I as sitting and listening to classical music, I made a whole story in my mind to the music. Things just seem to play out in my head.

Writing prompts generally help me, but other than that I'm not sure. Perhaps just force yourself to write a little, even if it is the worst writing you have ever done. After a while you should start producing something worth keeping.

Good luck!

Just recently I suffered through seven long month of absolutely nothing, then woke up one morning and the block was gone. And even better was that my traitorous muse brought an apology present--the answers to minor glitches, plus better twists than I had before. In other words, don't fret the block. It'll leave...eventually.

(What inspires me the most is voiceless movie sound tracks. Just saying.)
