Hi, I have a story that I am writing, and I need help. In the story, There are seven siblings, four male and three female. I am planning to add an eighth sibling that is a female. Should I do it? Why?

lol, um, why not? If it fits the story then I don't think there would be any problem with doing so.

Why are you asking? What do you think is the problem?

I thought it would not be a good idea to put in an eighth sibling.

That sounds like a lot of characters to me. We'd need to know a little more about the plot etc, and how the 8th sibling is going to fit in before we could answer that.

why did you think it would not be a good thing?... and why did you want to add her in the first place?
no one can tell if it's a good idea or not, without knowing your reasons and what the character would be needed for [or not] in the story/plot...

What's in my pocket? You answer that correctly and then I'll answer your question.
