That's a good idea. I should run through for typos after I'm done writing. It'd probably save me loads of time. Plus, I've got a whackload of non-english vocabulary (sci-fi... what can ya do, eh?), so I'm always getting pissed off by little red squiggly lines.

And then there's the fact that Word's grammar check is useless. Half the time it highlights sentences that really are correct, but the computer is just confused about the context of certain words. I hate that.

Horrible habit on my part. I tend to spend 2 to 3 hours just revising one paragraph (in terms of diction, structure, style, and, just, well, overall content), which is why I am now using a type writer.

I use wordpad, and just type and type. Then, after I'm done for the day, I copy it all and paste it into Word. Though that may seem a little stupid when I could write soley in Word, I just like Wordpad a whole lot better and that adds to my comfort.
