Don't delete. I have folders for the stuff I write which I think is really bad, folders for the better work, and still more folders for my best work. All of them are in a folder for my writing, which also has poem folders. I also have a folder for rambling.
It is said that an artist is his/her biggest critic. This is true for writing too. (Some believe that writing is also a form of art.) I'll say it again, NEVER delete anything. It could be that the idea was good and the implementation was bad. Or the other way around.
The point is that you can alway fix it up later ... if it's still there. Or have others look at it and let you know what they think. (Often not an option for a lot of writers because they want people to only see their best work.)
I don't think I've helped much, there isn't much anyone can say other than don't get rid of your work, no matter how bad. Keep it, learn from it.
