hehehe nice names Pardot Kynes. Greasex? lol i get the image of some car mechanic with a beer belly who dances like John Travolta... *shudders* And about names in general, I pretty much write down the first thing that pops into my head. Like, *BOOM* Mace! (I realize that's a weapon, by the way, but it does sound kind of foreboding...)

Wow...So, Ilyak, I guess you're kind of a messed up computer then...Not just a normal one...*opens mouth as if trying to say something*...

Umm, when I'm in a situation like this, I usually ask a friend for a name and when I don't like what they give me I just wait forever until I think of something...Not very helpful I know but that's what I do.

You could also try www.seventhsanctum.com because they have a generator for names and such. Some are quite... odd... but some might be suitable. Like someone said earlier, I use www.babynameworld.com very often. There is an advanced search, and when I want my character's name to be, say, a girl's name that means gypsy and is at least rated 2 stars, the search comes up with: Gitana, which is spanish, Rumer, which is English, and Zigana, which is Hungarian.

Just thought I'd say that. I love that baby names site, but my mom got scared when she saw me using it one time, because (seeing as I'm only 13), it would be quite scary for me to be having a baby.

Sequestra
weird way but helps me?

I usually think of a sound that reminds me of what I want the word to explain and type part of that into an internet dictionary, then pick a word that it suggests as an alternative that has similar representation to what you mean?

My name - sequestra is:

'A fragment of dead bone separated from healthy bone as a result of injury or disease'

I typed in setrath - set in my ways with wrath mixed in and came up with quite an appropriate name!

Dhoti
The cotton fabric used for such loincloths! (warrier style!)

Stele
The central core of tissue in the stem or root of a vascular plant, consisting of the xylem and phloem together with supporting tissues

Lithium
A soft, silvery, highly reactive metallic element that is used as a heat transfer medium, in thermonuclear weapons, and in various alloys, ceramics, and optical forms of glass.

Dhostium - mixture of the above, strong sounding name, well you get the point of my strange imagination.

so said dost e um

If you try it you might come up with what you are looking for?
