ok i got a quick question. My teacher told me you can't start or end a sentece with a preposition, but my bro told you can. So does anyone know for sure?

Of course you can start your sentances with prepositions, you just shouldn't. You can also jump from the top of high buildings, and drive really really fast. You just shouldn't.

Despite what Talia_Brie says, a sentence with an ending preposition is better than one without.

(c'mon that is perfect and has NO colloquial or uneducated undertones to it!)

Actually without is an adverb in that context.
