Welcome to the forums, River. I am glad to see that you were able to make yourself at home. If you would like to post a lot more, there is an Unanswered posts section. There are members out there who would be grateful if you took the time to leave them a reply. Make sure you check the date of the original post though. You would not want to write another opener for a story about drag racing only to find out that you were days too late, would you?
See you around.

I just posted like 15 posts in a couple hours and realized that I write way too much on each post compared to other people. They should have an average length per post that aren't long stories - that's just cheating - but are basically replies. FOr some reason I just keep writing and then realize that my amount of words that I have typed for a question that could require three is around 250 +. Is that weird?

I find myself wishing I'd spent all the time I have spent in the past posting on forums and used it to work on my novel instead. I might have had 2 or 3 novels done by now if I had.

it's not weird, sean... but it may be an indication that you're spending too much of your time writing posts and not enough writing what you really want to write... unless, of course, posts ARE what you really want to write!
love and hugs, maia
