Have you ever tried free writing?

This is when you set yourself a time limit of about 5 minutes and you just write. Usually you start with a phrase such as 'I want' or 'I like' and you don't think about what you are writing. It s a great way of getting to know yourself. You find things out about your subconcious feelings. it is really interesting to read back to yourself. But beware, sometimes what you write can be rather distressing or upsetting but other times it can make you feel confident and happy.

I recommend doing this.

Interesting idea.

I do something similar that I call my "Focus Sheet". I write down a topic (person I know, problem I have, etc) and then write any random thoughts or feeling that pops into my head about it.
