Little Help Please

Ok I need help with this one. Are you allowed to write a novel and in the novel have a scene where a character goes to a library and finds a book, which is a real book? Like Jerry went to the library and found The Adventures Of Huckleberry Finn. And another question. Are you able to Quote the book in your story? Like, And Jerry thinks back from the book and says to his father "Leave my friend alone!".

I don't think the authors of the books you might intend to use would mind, so long as it has a positive effect on the story. Like, say, Finn made your own character see things clearer, learn to stand up for himself, and just generally learn to hone better qualities than it should be fine, I'm not too sure on the legalities of it though. Just make sure the book doesn't make the character commit adultery and rape their daughter.
