Talia_Brie is an unknown quantity at this point
The separation needs to be clear, that's all. The reader needs to know who they're looking through, without question.

We had a discussion similar to this a short while back. In the book I'm writing, I have a scene where one character is completely separated from the other characters, yet what's going on with him is happening at the same time as the scene that involves the other characters. So I wanted to keep them all in the same chapter. There was much debate and discussion as to how to do this effectively, and in the end, I decided to separate that character's scenes from the scene involving the others by using "***" to separate the paragraphs.

Usually though, if all of the characters are together in the same scene, their points of view are simply separated by using new paragraphs. This makes it much easier for the reader to follow along without becoming confused. But I suppose, like Talia_Brie said, if you can figure out how to keep more than one perspective in the same paragraph while clearly showing the shift, that should be fine.
