WOE, I'm most certainly NOT going to Harvard....

I've noticed something, and possibly I should've already know this, but, how come so many bestselling, really good writers, all seem to have gone to amazing schools and have gotten all this special (smart peoples) stuff and awards? My point is, can you tell me any bestselling novelists that are just "everyday" people? I would like to know some, for personal reference.
