Gabriella, it was just a joke, no need to be so defensive

The comic was so cuuuuuuuute!
No I'm not mad at you. But my friend just pisses me off

And I get really emotional around that subject because of said friend.

but what about people who refuse to be part of an idiotic edcational system that proceeds to wipe out any trace of individuality?

So we meet again, Mr. Bond. It seems we're bumping into each other everywhere

Stalker!
As I always say, you're not making a stand for yourself when you're inconveniencing yourself. In the end, you're the one that suffers. Not the school. There was this one girl who, whenever her parents argued (this was on the news, I never knew her) she's hide away in her room and eat junk food. Finally her parents stopped, but she was three hundred pounds overweight. Say you and your husband got in a fight in the car, and you get out and walk because you "have pride." (My mom did this.) That does nothing because he's in a car and driving to the same place you're going, while you're wasting your own time walking. Either you get him to walk, or he's not going to the same place you are and now has to drive all the way back that's inconveniencing HIM, because he has to suffer while you're having fun. That's keeping face and getting even at the same time. Skipping school because you want to be individual is going to bit you in the ass. The teachers have education and they can get a better job. You'll end up with no education and on welfare. Becoming famous and being able to say that none of the credit goes to them is plenty revenge enough.
