I want to be:

I want to be a Soldier but mum says im to brittle,
I just know I can do good, I just have to grow a little
I have my gun and Im ready to make her proud
Mum tells me to shh and that im being far to loud

I want to be a Policeman and hear my siren roar!
I see the bad guys get caught and I know its not a bore
I have my hat and handcuffs and im ready to protect
Mum tells me to shh and show her some repsect

I want to be a singer, and to make lots of money
I think it would be great, and im not just being funny
I have my voice and it's real good
Mum tells me to shh she really wishes I would

I know I want to be a lot but for now I am only little
Soon my mum wont have a chance to tell me I am brittle
I hope up to now I have done her proud
My Mum really doesnt mind when im being far to loud.

well, that is fun - very playful
it was hard for me to know if all the "mistakes" are intentional or not
I do think that a beat or two could come off the last line, and maybe the "shh" brought back one more time with a twist at the end
nice sing-song rhythm and rhyme overall

Suggestion: start everything from the left side. Would make it easier to read.
