    What happened to Pokey?

Congratulations are in order for Gumby who has won the current round of the poetry challenge with not a mention of Pokey

I await her choice of subject for the next round, it seems she is rather good at this, the last round had some excellent and amusing entries, well done once again Gumby.

    Congratulations, Gumby! A well-deserved victory!

    Gumby chased from poll position.

Barely had I posted the thread to congratulate Gumby on her win of last months challenge than she is back to me with a new subject for the next challenge, Gumby, you must learn a little tardiness so that you can bask in the adulation a little longer

Anyway, enough guff, the subject she has chosen is Dogs so start composing and then come on over to poetry challenges and post your entries.

I have had half a headache and felt brain dead all day, this post was meant to be a new thread, not sure how that happened, I still seem to have the title as a title, never mind, you get the picture.

Congarts Gumby! And Martin too. Hmm dogs should be interesting...

Thanks you all for the congratulations and to those who voted for my poem.

Pokey is getting a well deserved rest, and dogs are naturally on my mind as it is the 'dog days' of summer here, very hot.
