    Writing Forums Newsletter

One of our newest features is a newsletter...this issue was produced by moderan. It's planned to be biweekly and include site news, special interest items, and items from the Literary Maneuvers prose and Poetry competitions. We'll also consider artwork and photography from members. If you think of something that might be worth including, please pm one of the staff members.

To read the newsletter: WF Newsletter
To download the newsletter: WF News PDF
Both versions are printable, with the same content and layout. The newsletter is also available in a slightly different layout at my blog and at wordpress.

Thanks to Lady S. and Like A Fox for providing content and to the Writing Forums Staff for their cooperation and suggestions.

Likewise that you chose to include a poem of mine. You did a wonderful job with this and I'm suitably impressed.

The poem makes the rest of the text look pedestrian but that's okay. We can all use a walk every now and then
Thank you for the kind words.

Just read it, excellent Moderan. Simple layout, easy reading, nothing to pad out, kept the interest, should have people ready to read the next one, nicely done.

It's the interviews that make the thing work. The people.

They help but I reckon it's keeping it simple, brief and to the point. Without the reason to get bored and stop you find you have read it all and are looking for more. Often with these things people feel they have to throw in every idea they can come up with and then make them a bit longer, like the primary school poster for the fete that lists every event, uses every font and all the colours.

WTG, Mod! It looks really really good! I'm impressed that you pulled this together in so little time.

Thanks for stepping up and making the newsletter happen. (I half-expected a bunny section)

The bunnies demanded their own paper and then commenced to take bites out of it.
    Thank you.
