In the very top right corner you'll see an option called "Control Panel". In there you'll find your reputation.

In the top right hand corner of the forum?
You'll see a list: New Posts, Today's Posts, Your Posts ... towards the bottom you'll see Control Panel.

You click on Control Panel and it's right there. You don't have to do anything else. In the middle of the screen you'll see a heading: "Latest Reputation Received." Below that, you'll see small green boxes with titles beside them and maybe a comment from the person who repped you.
Of course, if you haven't been given reputation you mightn't see anything.
