I find it humorous that we let one person's opinion make us all lash out at one another.
Here's my suggestion--Write your own (honest) review. To be so pompous to believe that there's no room for improvement is ridiculous. Everyone, everywhere could stand for a little improvement. It's human nature to let things slide when they're familiar.
Go into each forum, check out the threads, even ones you don't read. Look at how people interact, write notes to yourself. Then write your own review. You'd be surprised what you might see with an objective eye.
Then make changes from within. Maybe the quality of your writing will improve, maybe your replies will be more compassionate, maybe the general tones of your posts will be more positive. Either way, we have nothing to lose.
