I thought for the longest time that this site had been shut down.

Apparently it just never feels like letting me on as nearly everytime I try IE comes back with "Page not available"
All my other sites etc work fine.

Except this one.

Is it a setting on my PC or something?

I have been running into the issue steady since whenever I was on before today.
I generally check the four forums I am on daily only one day this one just wouldnt work.
And I couldnt get on it again until today.

Its been weeks at least.
