Splat!

Everything wiped in an instant. The entire site gone – poof! Just like that.

Makes you wonder. So many of us “hooked” on a virtual world. Peoples’ withdrawal symptoms were probably hideous.

I know zip about web-sites but I remember reading it’s possible to create a “mirror” of a site, and that if one fails the other keeps functioning. Would that be an option here?

My knowledge of web-sites is probably only slightly better then yours but I have a feeling that sort of thing wouldn't work very well due to the interactive nature of a forum. But hey, I hope I'm wrong. My withdrawl symptoms were hideous indeed.
