Your words could mean any one of a number of things. For example, that word "someone's". Another poster? A randomly created name like Abby Snitschwith? It works differently depending on where the name is originally. And then what do you mean by "wrapped in a quote"? Do you mean one of these shaded rectangles sometimes seen at the top of a post, or something else? The word "quote" has more than one meaning. If you'd care to rephrase your question, preferably in some detail, and if it's something with which I'm familiar, I'll see what I can do.

Place the name between these tags:
'[' (then the word 'quote' followed by this character: ]
'[' (then insert the'/' character, the word 'quote', and then ']'
Leave off the single quotes I used for highlights.
That's it.

Just like Ilasir Maroa and The Backward OX did for me. Robert I know how to quote, but not how to get the persons name in that grey rectangle box.

You’re still not saying “which” person’s name.
So I will have to ASSUME you mean the name of another poster in the same thread.
There’s only one way to do that.
Click on the Quote button at the bottom of their post. Then include or remove as much as you want of the quoted post. If you want to quote only their name (?) simply delete or backspace everything else. And use the Preview button to make sure you've got it right.

This should explain everything you need. Quote information is 8th from the bottom.
Ox, you don't have to use the quote button. All it takes is the proper tags, which are:
quoted material
Yeah, but I'm so lazy I make Rip Van Winkle seem positively busy by comparison. The more I can do without taking my hand off my mouse, the better I like it.

Oh, well that's an issue beyond my abilities to fix.

Audrey Hepburn considered herself neither beautiful or a good actress.
Go figure. She was BOTH, of course.

Im still confused?
So how do you quote a famous quote? Do you have to add it everytime you do a post or is it in the script and adds itself such as!
"My heart is in the right place! Its my head that wanders"
